My creative approach stems from three key places.
body & beauty
A deep connection of the body & mind. My love affair with creative expression started with movement and music as early as I can remember and influenced my vision and connection with the world around me. I began my dance career in upstate NY at age 4, studying classical ballet and later moving to the West Coast, where I fell deeply in love with expressing myself through movement and dance, but more than that, through the shapes the body could make and the deep emotions that could be conveyed and received through the practice of soft energy release and fierce body control without speaking. My 30+ year journey as a professionally trained dancer and singer exposed me to creative and versatile cultural experiences leading me up the West Coast (San Diego, Los Angeles, and Portland) along with my personal journey as a biracial woman, mother, sexual abuse survivor, and isometric body expert (the founder of bay wreath co. established in 2017) all shaping my vision and teaching me to seek the beauty of what lies in right front of me, to choose its power, and make it truly undeniable in all of its glory, soulfully translating into my art direction, design, and creative bodies of work. I see the world through a fresh, sexy, powerful, and exquisite lens - I create work that inspires an authentic and intimate feeling.
I believe how you feel is directly reflected by how a space feels; it's contagious and truly powerful. My obsession with spatial awareness and intentional design stems, in truth, from a deep desire and need to feel safe, secure, comfortable, and at ease to clearly have or understand a point of view through my surroundings in a subconscious and upspoken way. I combine my love of history, art, architecture, and design with my educational background in interior design, business, marketing, and graphic design. When the design intention is clearly depicted, the desired message is clear, and the emotional response is aligned, creating a sense of ease. My design aesthetic is very much based on transitional, contemporary, and minimalist design; I have a niche for storytelling through space, as seen in my interior design and production work. I believe clearly understood intention creates dramatically authentic outcomes. I create balance in each space with moments of emotional and visual pause that evoke thought and take the observer from just being in a space to having and feeling a genuine connection with the space, blending pieces from multiple places, eras, and references that seamlessly compliment one other, telling the story of the overall intention and taking the audience on a journey. When the designer aligns with the intention, the vision is powerful, and the experience is effortless - I create a sense of ease, escape, and conversation.

In whatever I do, I cultivate a sense of focus and detailed flow, one that is deeply connected to overall concepts, intentions, and, most of all, execution. With over 18 years in corporate hospitality and experience-based industries, from national fitness and wellness leaders to working for distinct concepts in hospitality and fine dining that push industry standards to new heights nationwide, true operations, business practices, and detail-oriented perfectionism are what fuels me. It is one thing to “create,” and it is another to “execute and be able to duplicate for the business” when working with an experienced concept. My work is deeply rooted in consistently challenging myself to go above just the “creative” and pushing myself to connect creativity with the practical. I have been creating and designing beautiful spaces and creating electric imagery since 2017 under bay wreath co. for amazing clients nationwide.
Most recently, I have been named the Creative Director of the Historic Guild Hotel in Downtown San Diego, the Lead Designer and Creative Director for The Historic Granger Hotel in Downtown San Diego, and worked with note-worthy clients whose products and services have been featured in Forbes, Vogue, InStyle, and more.

LeeAnn brings a sense of stability, ease, and playful refinement to all of our creative projects. Her ability to adapt to any client and all circumstances while always maintaining our fundamental value of “honoring the true intention and beauty” is undeniable. LeeAnn utilizes her degree in Fashion Merchandising and her understanding of creative complexity in every project, balancing a creative view with a business mindset. Her ability to speak to the client's demographic and consumer behavior helps drive a successful and marketable end result and supports our overall goal of a powerful piece or campaign. - she just gets it!

Lily Romanowski
Digital Content Creator
Lily is a fine artist turned digital content expert with a BFA in Printmaking and 8+ years of experience across multiple creative industries. Lily joined us from the East Coast in December of 2023 as a creative team member and the owner of Swell Sunless, following her dreams to the West Coast. Lily offers a beautiful balance to the cyrêve team with a laid-back sensibility and love for the Southern California lifestyle. She brings a supportive sense of ease to our creative projects while being pushed to new heights through fierce collaborations and exciting project opportunities. Lily resonates so much with the vision of the EB Brand Collection (Erika Baker Brand Collections) and is excited and inspired by the creative works of our team, offering a supportive and unique perspective.
